About the Creator
Toronto-based photographer Paul Flynn is known for his cityscapes and street photography, capturing the urban essence of Toronto through both long-exposure shots and creative compositions. His work includes iconic views of Toronto landmarks, such as the Bathurst Street Bridge and the busy streetcar scenes around Yonge and Dundas. Additionally, Paul shoots winter cityscapes, sunsets over Tommy Thompson Park, and vivid street photography from across the city.
One of our most active and innovative community members, Flynn’s portfolio also highlights a variety of broader subjects, including fashion photography. During the pandemic Paul shot famous entertainment landmarks across the city often using long exposure techniques to capture a contrast of motion with the stillness of the venues. We wrote about this cool series on our blog. Flynn has a variety of creative skills and works as a video editor with a national media company.
You can explore his work on his Instagram @to_shots or website paulflynn.ca.
