How to get Featured on Tdot Shots (Contribute to our Community Pages on Web and Social)
Hi.
Welcome to Tdot Shots. We are a community photography and creative hub in Toronto aka GTA Canada.
Unlike many feature or hub pages that have no connection to the people they showcase through “features” we are rooted in the creative work of members of our sites and the strongest supporters of our social pages.

We actively feature people who engage with us in real life and online. So from events to social – real world photo walks to Instagram, we promote those who collaborate with us, whether that is participation in face to face events or online spaces.

Generally speaking we mainly feature people who do a few of these things regularly:
- tag us on their images (@tag directly on the image)
- use our hashtag #tdot_shots
- comment on our posts and stories / engage with our content
- participate in our events: meetups, workshops, contests
- contribute to our websites and blogs
- post images compatible with our aesthetic
We have featured hundreds of creators but the ones we notice and then work with on a feature post tend to be those who have really engaged with us. And we mean real engagement. Not a like as an image whizzes by in view of IG for one second, but real connection via comments and tags. Add the real world contact through events and you get the picture of how we end up selecting content for our sites and social.
You can contribute to our sites: Tdot Shots blog and Tdot.cc community site are our main websites these days. Write a blog post or co-host an event. All ideas are welcome.
Thanks for your interest and thanks for supporting Tdot Shots.
