About the photo walk series
Walks are held about 6-8X per year through summer, fall, winter and spring. Registration and a small payment is sometimes required. If you are interested in more information and detailed updates please follow @tdot_shots on Instagram and sign up for the newsletter. (Sign up is also at bottom of this page).
These meet-ups take place in downtown locations or places easily accessible by transit in central Toronto.
Many of our walks coincide with events in Toronto like photo exhibitions or festivals. From spring to fall Toronto has many cool things to do, and some of our walks align with these public events.
We also have favourite walks that are Tdot classics: U of T and Philosopher’s Walk, High Park in Fall, and Business District to the Gooderham Building are a few we love to repeat!
Most of our walks are in spring and fall but we do one June walk before we break for July-August. September brings the “Back to School” walk at U of T
Most walks are on Sunday afternoons. Start times may vary but are usually about 90 minutes before sunset to guarantee some nice golden hour glow.
Walks are weather permitting, follow our stories on IG in case of bad weather.
Details for exact time and location of meeting will be confirmed one week before the walk.
Due to the pandemic some of the details above have been adjusted. The walks for late 2020 will operate as a guided tour with a 12-person limit (excluding guide). There is a $5 fee payable by e-transfer. Registration is done through email and a Google form.
If you have questions please email us. Thanks for your support!
