ABOUT THE WALK
Summary: This walk is targeted at photographers and takes place in the Toronto downtown core. We walk from the central business district at Bay and King streets to the Gooderham building on Front St.
Weather: This is the winter photo walk so expect chilly weather since it’ll be late December. Dress appropriately but last year was balmy and we were treated to a fabulous sunset. Layers are always recommended.
Last year two dozen people showed up and we had a great stroll from TD Centre to Brookfield Place to the Gooderham building. You may optionally follow this up with a visit to St. James Cathedral which is just to the north. We will likely retrace this route this year. Please don’t expect to be able to DM us on the walk – just arrive on time or walk to the spots above looking for a large group!
This year the walk will have a very special component – join us to congratulate the winners of the Tdot Shots Toronto Photo Contest! Tdot Shots and sponsor ProLab Canada will announce the winners during the walk.
Hundreds of photographers have participated and 3 winners will be crowned in the categories of: landscape, cityscape and street. For more information and to review the rules please visit the contest page.

We organize seasonal photo walks. We offer 6-8 meet-ups a year throughout spring, summer, fall and early winter. Registration is usually not required but this time we are asking you to RSVP via Eventbrite. This will help us plan the event.
